RealTick Software Billing/Reimbursements
The date you first log into RealTick® will initiate your RealTick software fee. The first month of RealTick software fees are prorated, though the prorated amount will not be charged to the account until the first full month of RealTick usage. The first connection will result in the full RealTick fee charge. Software restarts (after a suspension of service) are not prorated. The trade schedule used to determine the software reimbursement is never prorated. Data feed fees are never prorated for a mid month cancellation/activation. All RealTick and data feed subscriptions are based on a calendar month.

RealTick fees (and any associated data feed fees) are debited at the beginning of each calendar month. At the end of the calendar month, the total number of trades executed in the account will be totaled. If the requisite amount of trades to qualify for a software reimbursement were executed, the appropriate software reimbursement will be posted to your account during the beginning of the following calendar month. These reimbursements are posted in the beginning of the following calendar month. For example, software fees assessed in October will be reimbursed in early November, if the requisite amount of trades were placed in October. Fees for data feeds are never reimbursed.

Should you wish to cancel your RealTick software subscription or any data feed subscriptions, they must be provided to GlobalVest Financial in writing (e-mail is acceptable – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) at least one full calendar month in advance as Townsend Analytics requires a 30 day notice to cancel RealTick and subscriptions can only be cancelled between calendar months. For example, on 18 November a RealTick user wishes to cancel RealTick. The first available date when this RealTick subscription can be cancelled is 1 January, provided the cancellation request is submitted before the second to last business day of November.

If a cancellation request is submitted after this time, GlobalVest Financial will make every attempt to have the subscription cancelled, but cannot guarantee that the subscription will be cancelled and the fee will not be assessed to your account.

All software fee debits and reimbursements may be viewed through the cash activity report through the GlobalVest Financial client center.

Deposits
Equity and options account: Personal checks, wires and ACH (with completed application) are the only form of deposit that is accepted by GlobalVest Financial. Third party checks, temporary checks and credit card related checks are not accepted for deposit. Other forms of deposits that are not accepted are as follows: Cash, Money Orders and Travelers checks.

Any deposits by personal check must be verified first before they are available for trading. If GlobalVest Financial is unable to verify the funds, you must wait up to 10 business days to clear before the funds will be available for trading. However, you can assist us in the verification of funds by either conducting a conference call with your bank or providing us with a copy of a bank statement from the current trade date.

Wire deposits are the fastest method to fund your account. When funds are wired, they are generally available for trading on the next business day after being posted to the account. It is imperative that the name of the originator of the wire match the name of the beneficiary of the wire in order to GlobalVest Financial to apply the wire to your trading account. If the originator and beneficiary do not match, the wire cannot be applied to your account.

Futures account: Personal checks, Bank (certified) checks and wires are the only form of deposit that is accepted by GlobalVest Financial. Third party checks, temporary checks and credit card checks are not accepted for deposit. Other forms of deposits that are not accepted are as follows: Cash, Money Orders and Travelers checks.

Withdrawals
If a withdrawal request is submitted before 11:30am CST (10:00am for futures accounts), the funds will be processed/disbursed within the same day. If a withdrawal request is submitted after the above stated times, the request will be processed on the next business day. All withdrawal requests are first verified to ensure availability of funds. Checks are only sent to the address of record on the account. We recommend using the client center for withdrawals – you will see “withdrawals” on the left side below the list of reports. Choose “Electronic Funds Withdrawal” – fill out online form and click “Submit”.

Any funds deposited by check or ACH must wait 10 business days to clear before they may be withdrawn. In order for wire and journal requests to be processed, the account title for both accounts (the originator and beneficiary) must match. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Customer Agreement
The customer agreement was included in your initial application for an account and acknowledgement was required in order to open your account. The customer agreement includes the margin disclosure statement, customer agreement and GlobalVest Financial's privacy policy among other items pertinent to your trading account.

DayTrading Stock Broker
